Young Entrepreneur Dreams Up Home Decor Collection
House of NeveRland
HAMPTONS, NEW YORK — In September 2020, during the height of the pandemic, then 8 year old Reven Padia and her family moved from their New York City home and temporarily relocated to the Hamptons. During Reven’s downtime she dreamed up her own collection of bespoke home decor items, and she added sweet personal touches with hand processed dip dye and signature graffiti art. The idea came about with the influence of her mother Purvi Padia, a professional interior designer who started her own namesake firm in 2008.
“I’ve always loved color, crafting and beautiful spaces,” says Reven.
House of Neverland brings together these passions. Her collection includes limited edition linen dinner napkins, napkin rings, placemats, vases, totes, pouches, ceramic jars and vases, trinket dishes, hankies and packaging ribbon. Her pieces are sold on her Instagram @house.of.neverland through direct messaging, with a website in process and also at select retailers such as ivy & bugz, Nest58 and London Jewelers. London Jewelers is unsurpassed as Long Island’s Premier Jeweler, carrying Brand Name Designer Collections, One-of-a Kind Handcrafted Jewelry pieces.
The importance of philanthropy has been instilled in Reven through her mother’s dedication to helping those in need. 20% of all proceeds from House of Neverland are donated to the charity Project LION, a UNICEF initiative, founded by Purvi, that focuses on improving the lives of India’s 1.5 million orphaned children who otherwise would live in unthinkable conditions and endure lives completely devoid of basic human rights. The House of Neverland is Reven’s (aka neveR’s) own fairytale – a place where a bit of color and whimsy give every home and every girl a chic dose of magic!
